v1.25.0: Bring Your Own Key

Workspaces can now run the AI Agent on their own Anthropic and Google API keys, with clear status and cost signals wherever billing shows up.

New Tools & Features

Bring Your Own Key (BYOK): Workspace owners can add their own Anthropic and/or Google API key under Account → Company → AI provider keys. Each key is verified with a real test call before it can be used, showing exactly which models it unlocks. Once switched on, agent turns run on your own key and your platform AI-credit wallet is paused (not drawn down) instead of being charged. Saved keys are write-only — never displayed again, only replaced.

AI Agent: When a workspace has no usable key or model configured, the chat and dashboard-builder composers now block up front with a clear message instead of letting a turn start and fail partway through.
AI Agent: The workspace and composer UI now visibly reflect Bring Your Own Key mode — turn cost shows as $0 and the credit wallet is clearly marked as paused rather than just empty.
AI Agent: Key health status (unverified / healthy / unhealthy) is now reported per key, so a temporary hiccup no longer gets confused with an invalid key.

Fixed an issue where a removed or rejected API key could keep advertising access it no longer had.
Fixed an issue where the model selector could stay stuck on a model no longer offered after a key or billing-mode change.
Fixed the usage indicator so it no longer showed a spendable balance while the credit wallet was paused under Bring Your Own Key.
